Hello,

We are interested in purchasing this script. I have read the forums and website, but I haven't seen the answers I was looking for.

#1) Once a file is uploaded, does it notify the Administrator that a new file has been uploaded?

#2) We are a print shop and would like to use this so customers can send us files, but we'd like to have a place for them to add a description to the file for the job. Is there a way for it to be redirected to a custom form that we build after uploading?

(or is there a custom form that we can build right into the upload system)?

1) No, the administrator is not notified automatically when a file is uploaded.

2) If you look at the add file page, there's a field to enter a description: Add File

You could redirect requests to the main page to this page, using a .htaccess redirect.
